We proudly ship to most pin codes across India, using trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely.

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other locations: 5–7 business days

Delivery time may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen situations (e.g., weather, logistics delays). You’ll receive tracking details via SMS/email once your order is shipped.

📦 Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed on the next business day.

📲 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
• You can also log into your account at www.flaabo.com to view your order status.

🚫 Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, there may be delays caused by:

• Incorrect address or contact details
• Weather or local disruptions
• Courier partner delays

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please reach out to our support team.

📦 Failed Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
• If undelivered, the order will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you for reshipment or refund.

🛑 Delivery Restrictions

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed for delivery within India.

🧾 Proof of Delivery

To ensure safe delivery, you may be asked to provide a valid ID or OTP confirmation at the time of receipt.
